Most of people are worried what’d happen to them after their death and there are various stories saying this and that, horrifying or pacifying…anyway, there is something you can do to get at-least some faint idea what you’d feel after death. For experiencing this, you need just to alter the focus of your consciousness a bit — this is not self hypnotism or some hard core technique.
To do this, be comfortable at some peaceful place and pretend you do not feel, smell, see and listen anything; you do not use your physical senses. Make sure you are just pretending. Now, without using physical senses, but with inner senses try to see, listen, smell and feel the things around you. This is just that.
In another words, this is also a good exercise to bring in use by focusing the already developed inner senses. Our inner senses do not work directly because our focus is not there but after death the whole focus goes there.
