rules for living best life

RULE#5:SING-even if you cannot sing like me who have such a harsh voice it is necessary you try to sing not for others but for yourself.,WHY?
                                                        increases happiness,faster healing and pain relief.
                                               
        RULE#6:SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS,WHY?
friendship ward offs germs,friendship has much bigger effect on average happiness that comes itself.
family gives you all the support in despair times.
   RULE#7:forget money(sort of),money does matter but it cannot increase happiness after a certain point.
                                                   we always think we can be happier if we get a bit more,but when we get that we need a bit more and thus keeps of increasing and therefore gradually takes way the happiness.
      RULE#8:DANCE-WHY?
                                              1.)positive effect on physical fitness, 2.)good exercise for heart patients.
         RULE#9:GIVE-WHY?
                                            when we do something for fun our happiness is fleeting but when we give and help others that happiness lasts.
   
           When you dance,dance open heartedly as if no one is watching you,Love each other you meet and love yourself as you have never been hurt,Sing openly and enjoy as if no one is hearing,Live fully and imagine heaven is on this earth.
